Winter Pipe Preparation

I suggest that residents make the proper preparations so your pipes don’t freeze. What you will need at a minimum is the required pipe insulation foam size for your pipes, usually measuring between ^{1/4 “} – 1 ^1/4 “. As an extra precautionary measure, you can also add an electric heating wire, which I highly recommend. All of these products can be found at Fernandes Lumber and Home Center for under $100.
