Website User Agreement

The EMHOA community website is for the members of the Easton Mobile Homeowners Association, Inc. The members only section is a private area accessible only to members of the EMHOA, registered to the website, who meet the following criteria:

• Own a home in the park and are currently living at the park.
• Own a home in the park, but have renters occupying the home that are not in a “rent to own” contract.
• A renter, living at the park with a “rent to own” agreement.
• Family Renters (as long as the renter is a child or sibling of the homeowner)

Users of the EMHOA website agree to some very basic principles:

1. All members of the website are expected to treat each other with courtesy and respect in the comments sections or forums.
2. Abide by the decisions of the website administrator.

This very basic user agreement may change as the website evolves over time. Any updates will be posted within the website and open to comment and suggestions.
