The Appeals Court Clerk issued a notice of a hearing to be held Tuesday, February 13th, 2024 at the John Adams Courthouse in Pemberton Square, Boston. I’ve added screenshots of notice so everyone can read it. The notice doesn’t say much beyond announcing the hearing of oral arguments, and providing time, date and location where the hearing is to be held.
It’s unclear if members of the public can attend the hearing, but if we can Mark Jozaipaitis has said he’d look into getting a bus for anyone wanting to sit in on the hearing.
