Receivership Evidentiary Hearing

This is the second receivership hearing to correct the sub-standard conditions within the Community and restore hope for the residents’ homes. The Judge will hear testimony from attorneys AND witnesses, this may include cross examination of witnesses.

Parking info for Bristol County Superior Court, Taunton

• Parking Lot at 26 Court Street: $1.00/hour; Pre-paid via Cash or Credit at Kiosks.
• Court St Metered Parking (quarter) 25¢ per 20 minutes; 2-hour maximum ($1.50).
• Leonard St Garage (off Broadway): Pre-pay via Cash or Credit at Kiosks.
