Hearing to Appoint the Reciever

This is the court date where a judge will hear arguments on the appointment of a receiver.

If you’d like to attend, be aware that you will not be able to speak at the hearing.

UPDATE:

The Easton Council on Aging has graciously arranged to provide bus transportation to the receivership hearing. There is a suggested donation of $3.00 per person to help cover the transportation costs (Please have the correct change).
