Easton Rent Control Public Hearing

This will be a hearing of the rent control board to consider a rent increase. Residents are encouraged to attend.

In Accordance with Chapter 30A of the General Laws, Chapter 88 of the Acts of 2013, and the Rules and Regulations adopted December, 16 2013, the Easton Rent Control Board will hold a public hearing 6:30pm on Monday, January 27, 2020 in the Colleen A. Corona Boardroom Easton Town Offices 136 Elm Street, Easton Ma.
The hearing will consider the petition submitted by Francis C. Morrisey, Esquire, of Morrisey, Wilson, & Zafiropoulos, LLP, as Receiver for a rent increase for property located at at 305 Turnpike Street, Easton, MA, said petition being treated as a petition for general rent increase under the Board’s regulations.
