We have the opportunity to exercise our right of first refusal and finally move forward towards a resident purchase. The new price for the community was set at an auction on April 5th. We now have 45 days to come together, organize, and trigger our right of first refusal through a petition/vote process. Now is a crucial time for Easton Mobile Home Park. We invite and encourage all residents to attend this meeting. We will be joined by the Association’s attorney Thomas Aylesworth and representatives from the Cooperative Development Institute (CDI). We will discuss next steps, membership, due diligence, and resident ownership. There will be plenty of time for questions & comments.
