  • To discuss and vote on emergency revisions to the EMHOA, Inc By-Laws that would add an article authorizing the EMHOA, Inc to form a CO-OP.
  • Andy Danforth will be the guest speaker
    • To bring all members up-to-speed on our option to “Purchase the Community out of Receivership”.
  • This is a very important meeting with the goal of keeping our resident members informed AND involved.
