General Membership Meeting

All residents are welcome to attend.  Membership is required in order to vote on any articles brought before the membership.  Only one vote per household and voters must be residents.

Owners who have not paid their January or July Attorney Assessment now is the time to resolve. Please pay or make arrangements to make payments with the Treasurer, Herb Bach, trlr # 308.

Article 1) Secretary’s Report – Motion to accept report

Article 2) Treasurer’s Report – Motion to accept report

Article 3) Background: Scott White (Vice President) and Charity White (President) are resigning from the Board of Directors for personal reasons. Interim President and Vice President – Motion to open for nominations.  Nominations can be made from the floor. The Board wants to make members aware that Scot Walsh is willing to step up into the President role and Aaron Washburn is willing to step up into the Vice President role.  If voted into these new roles, there will be a full time Board Member position open and an Alternate Board Member position open to anyone interested in being more involved in the park matters at hand.
